I've done it but when i went to remove it in the open rp It wouldn't let me even edit it.

i've been thinking, you think if maybe we had a few links that offered advice on good description it would help? so the sentences wouldn't be so short.

I'm really against power play but you shouldn't get ALL the hits, every time some one says something it wouldn't be as fun neither

Honestly, I think that most people do it simply because of convenience. For example, it would be much easier to state an attack then just look through your post everytime to make sure one or two words is different to allow for a dodge of some sort. That sounds kind of lame, and it is a bad description, but I've noticed that godmodding tends to be easier.
