Ok, well I was excited about that Poster of the Week. But I must say... THIS tops it, big time! ^^ Congrats! You well deserved it. Your contributions are vast and helpful.

In my first year of PSU I would have congratulated you for this accomplishment. However after being on PSU a long time I've learned that being an MVP can be more of a punishment than a blessing.
I've also seen people I really liked on PSU turn into inconsiderate pricks, but I'm positive you won't be like Ash and Larry.

Yeah I know what you mean JR. Hora-quan was actually pretty nice. I know because I looked at a couple of his first posts. Now he's kind of a jerk.

Meh, I don't find it to be a punishment. They just hold you to a higher standard then the other members, but as long as I just keep doing what I've been doing that I don't have to worry about any changes in standards.
If they changed after becoming MVPs then that's their true personality and they were just faking the "nice guy" act, as far as I'm concerned people should just be themselves from the start, it saves a lot of hassle.
Oh Dark, Hora-Quan wasn't ever an MVP. He's a veterian member, but wasn't ever given MVP statues.

I didn't mean he was a MVP, I just meant as a poster on PSU.

Meh, I don't find it to be a punishment. They just hold you to a higher standard then the other members... STOP RIGHT THERE! This is what the mods say. However, it's completely untrue. The reason most MVPs end up as conceited a**-holes is because now even any spam or random macro they post becomes godly. MVPS become jerks because the rules aren't enforced enough. Sure if you have a bad week and are constantly flaming (in OT, because that's the only place an MVP can flame after all, otherwise they're handing down a sort of divine judgment) they'll de-MVP you, but other than that, congrats, you're the mod's favorites and they'll let you get away with murder.

lol, thanks Aridic. Ya, I wasn't expecting everyone to be happy since some of the people are against the PSU MVPs.
Ya know JR, the only time I've ever seen an MVP spam was on a special occasion where there's a thread in OT that everyone, even the Mods, are having some fun in. Those threads are awesome, it's hilarious to read through them. Other then that I've never seen an MVP spam or flame, and I've seen MVPs get removed from the program for many different reasons.

Fine, I'll be quiet. Don't take my word, see how it happens. The MVPs don't run PSU, not even the mods run PSU. PSUC runs PSU.
